"Had a couple of claims going on at the same time, first one was with damage to rear of my pickup. Talked to Michelle and Erica, they made it real easy for me from dealing with the repair shop and setting me up with a rental car. When it was done they wanted to know if I was satisfied with the repair. The other claim was a windshield replacement on a Polestar, it needed a OEM windshield, not an easy task as it turns out. I tried calling a dealer, nearest one was over 3 hours away. Erica made some calls and found that Safelite could replace the windshield with an OEM and there location was only a half mile away from my home, easy and saved me a long trip.
